View channel dashboard
The Channel Dashboard is created to give hotels an overview about the origin of reservations and the top booking channels. A list of newly created channel reservations are displayed that allows easy reservation verification. Select a reservation and mark as verified and it will be removed from the list.
To view the channel dashboard
- From the home page, do one of the following to display the channel dashboard:
Press Shift+CTRL+F12 on your keyboard.
Click the Extra menu in your top bar and select Channel Dashboard.
Click the Channel Dashboard icon (
) from the front desk navigation menu on the left side.

View the fields as appropriate.
Channel dashboard details New reservations Displays the amount of reservations created today per channel.
The room field displays the new reservations created today by amount of rooms.
The nights field displays the total number of nights created today.
The % Relative Occupancy % compares to the total hotel occupancy percentage for today per channel.
The PMS and CWI are also considered as channels.
The numbers are based on new reservations created or canceled by channel on the current date. They are not indicating the number of channel reservation that were made for arrival today.Cancellations Displays the number of reservations canceled today per top ten channels.
Displays by number of reservations, number of rooms, and number of nights total.
ADR revenue
Displays the average daily rate (ADR) and total revenue per booked night for top ten channels.
Lead time
Displays the lead-time in days per top ten channels.
Channel % nights today
Displays a table and pie chart per top ten channels for reservations created today.
Channel % nights this month
Displays a table and pie chart per top ten channels reservation created Month to Date.
Channel % nights this year
Displays a table and pie chart per top ten channels reservations created Year to Date.
New channel reservations
Displays a list of new channel reservations created today to the past 7 days that need to be verified. Every new created channel reservation, except the ones directly created in the PMS, are displayed.
Double-click to open a reservation. The user then verifies if the reservation is correct and makes any required changes if needed. To verify the reservation, click the triple check mark in the top right corner of the reservation. It is marked as verified and the reservation is removed from the channel dashboard list. The user name that verified the reservation is stored in the reservation.
