Access the full PMS

The portal allows you to do a great number of things. However, some features are accessible only from the full PMS (for example, managing your set-up).

To access the full PMS

1. From the portal, hover to the left side bar and select Full PMS. A remote desktop app displays.
2. Click Connect. A Windows security page opens.
3. Enter your user name: (APMA\yourusername)
4. Enter your password.

5. Do one of the following: 

   • Click Ok to log in.

   • Click Cancel to discard your changes.

6. If you clicked Ok, the DUO app on your mobile phone sends a log in request message.

7. Do one of the following: 

   • Click Approve to log in.

   • Click Cancel to discard your changes.

8. If you clicked Approve, select your property on the APMA start screen.
9. Click Start PMS to display the full PMS.
