Support portal

The Customer Central Community allows you to easily create, update, and report on cases as well as participate in discussion groups and share your own ideas.

Prerequisites

You must have an Amadeus Customer Central account.

To go to the support portal

  1. From the APMA portal, hover over Help and click Support portal. The Amadeus Customer Central log in page displays.

  2. Log in to the Amadeus Customer Central portal.
