Company and agent contacts give a better view of the account structure and who you can contact for specific information. An agent contact handles any communication, contact or interaction on behalf of the agency. Multiple contacts can be linked to an agency.
To view the agency contacts
- From the home page, click Relation in the top bar, select Agent and then Agent contacts. The seek page displays.

Modify the fields as appropriate.
Contact seek details Last name
Enter the last name of the contact.
Contact Number
Enter the contact profile number.
Parent Relation
Enter the parent agent profile number.
Zipcode
Enter the postal code.
Street1
Enter the address.
City
Enter the city of the contact.
Country
Enter the country of the agent contact.
Phone
Enter the phone number.
Email
Enter the email.
Date of birth
Enter the date of birth of the agent contact.

Click Confirm (
). The Browse contacts page displays. -
Double click the agent contact profile to view the details.
