Duetto v7 Interface
Duetto is a revenue management system (RMS) that provides pricing, financial forecasting, and group business solutions that will optimize a property’s revenue strategy. The Amadeus-Duetto PMS integration works with IDPMS (OnPremise) and APMA (Cloud). The interface provides Duetto with availability and reservation data from the PMS. With this data, Duetto creates rate and restriction recommendations that are directly loaded into the IDPMS/APMA rate grid. The interface is a 2-way integration known as a push/push setup and is fully based on HTNG API messages.
Duetto can send the following data to the IDPMS/APMA:

Rate values and updates.
Only rate updates with a rate type, room type, and a rate date combination are supported at this time.

Rate restrictions.
Only restrictions with a rate type and room type combination with a specific date or date range are supported at this time.

Overbooking levels by property total or room type total.

Duetto processes inbound HTNG messages in 10-minute intervals.
This improves Duetto’s application performance by reducing the frequency of recalculations. DuettoV7 with ASync processing sends response messages when upload requests are complete.
