Viewing RFP attachments

Use the RFP Attachments window to view the attachments for all transactions associated with an RFP.

The Message Type column shows the subject of the message sent with the RFP as it opens on the RFP History page.

The Date Created column shows the date when the file was created in MeetingBroker.

To use the RFP Attachments window

Do the following:

• Click the filename to open the attachment.
• To sort information in ascending or descending order, click the name of the column you want to sort.

A red arrow indicates which column the messages are sorted by, and if they are sorted in ascending or descending order.

• Click the Previous and Next links to move backward or forward in the list of attachments.
