Business Data Export report
The Business Data Export report lets you combine MeetingBroker data with your business data warehouse strategy, so you can view combined actual figures.This report lists each RFP individually and includes guestroom and function revenue. This report only includes room consumption for RFPs that are awarded or self-awarded. If you select the Non-Automated Properties Only check box, you will receive results only for the properties that are not integrated with a Sales and Catering system, such as Delphi.

To run the report

Click the Reports tab.

Select Business Data Export Report from the list.

Do one of the following:
- Select Sender to display sender information in the first column of the report.
- Select Receiver to display receiver information in the first column of the report.

In the Start Date boxes, select the range of months to display in the report.

Select the Non-Automated Properties Only check box to filter the list of properties to display only those locations that do not have a sales and catering application configured on the Location General Information page.

Click the Search button to select a location:
- If you selected the Sender report type, choose a receiving location in the Select User Locations window.
- If you selected the Receiver report type, choose a sending location in the Select User Locations window.
All active locations within the subscription are displayed.
- Select the currency to which you want to convert the budget figures in the report. More
- The currency for business data is converted using the exchange rate associated with the date closest to the status change date of the business data.
- If an exchange rate is not available for the status change date, the business data is converted using an exchange rate associated with the closest date prior to the status change date.
- If an exchange rate is not available for the closest date prior to the status change date, the business data is converted using an exchange rate associated with the closest date after the status change date.

Select how you want to sort the information in the report.

Select whether you want to print the report in HTML or Microsoft Excel format.

Click Create Report.

Sender |
The sender of the RFP leading to room consumption. |
Receiver |
The receiver of the RFP leading to room consumption. |
RFP ID |
The unique identifier of the RFP in MeetingBroker. |
Meeting Name |
The name of the meeting in MeetingBroker. |
Meeting Series Name |
If the meeting is part of a series, the name of the series. |
Primary Contact |
The contact person (meeting planner) for the account (company or agency). |
Organization |
The company associated with the contact. |
Booking Status |
The position of the business in the sales cycle. |
Number of Nights |
The number of nights from the Actual Guestrooms section of the RFPs in the report. |
Start Date |
The start date of the meeting. |
Number of Attendees |
The number of attendees for the meeting. |
Total Rental Revenue |
The total rental revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Food Revenue |
The total food revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Resource Revenue |
The total resource revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Beverage Revenue |
The total beverage revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Other Revenue |
The total miscellaneous revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Room Revenue |
The total room revenue generated by the RFPs in the report. |
Total Rooms |
The total number of rooms required by the RFPs in the report. |
Number of Events |
The number of events for the RFPs in the report. |
