Subscription Setup Value report

Use the Subscription Setup Value report to view the values that are entered into the Setup folder in the Administration area of MeetingBroker. This can help you ensure that the correct setup values have been entered from your sales and catering system.

Your access privileges determine if you have access to the report and the type of information you can view.

Subscription Admin

May view all location-level setup values.

Location Admin

May view all location-level setup values only for locations you have access to.

Director

May view all location-level setup values only for locations you have access to.

Supervisor

May view all location-level setup values only for locations you have access to.

Sales Manager

Cannot view report.

To run the report

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  1. Select Subscription Setup Value report from the list.

  2. Select one or more setup value categories.
  1. Click the Search Icon of a magnifying glass button to select one or more locations in the Select User Locations window.

All locations within the subscription appear in the list.

  1. Select the Include Subscription Setup Values check box to view the subscription-level setup values in the report.

  2. Select whether you want to print the report in HTML or Microsoft Excel format.

  3. Click Create Report.

Report details

Location

Displays the name of the location.

Subscription

Displays the name of the subscription.

Setup Value Category

Displays the name of the setup value category.

Setup Value Name

Displays the name of the setup value.
