Enter booking data

If your MeetingBroker is integrated with Delphi, the statuses are automatically updated through the integration.

To ensure accurate reporting, keeping the request for proposal (RFP) information up to date is essential. After the RFP is awarded to your property, you can use the Booking Data tab to enter the latest data about this RFP. This can be done at any point during the life cycle of the awarded business. Whether you choose to update it after the event, or each time you receive new details, is entirely up to you.

In this tab, you can update everything from Business Status, Meeting Type, Market Segment fields to guestroom and event requirements. To do this, enter the data in the appropriate fields and then click Save.

For the guestroom revenue, if you have different rates for certain rooms, you can enter this data by clicking the appropriate revenue calculator, either Agree, Blocked, or Actuals, where you can add up to eight rows of room counts and rates. When finished, click Save & Close, and the totals appear in the Booking Data tab.

If you need to delete the existing guestroom or event requirements, the Reset in the respective section erases all the data with just one click.
