RFP comparison

You can use the RFP Comparison to compare the current version of an RFP to any one of its previous versions. This can help identify which data has changed between versions.

The following details of the RFP are available in the top frame of the page:

• RFP Name - This is the name of the meeting or event.

• RFP ID - This is the unique identifier that MeetingBroker assigns for this RFP.

• Sender - This is the name of the person at a location or sales office in the subscription who sent the RFP.

• Sending Location - If the lead came from another property or office in the property's subscription, it displays here.

• Receiver - This is the user who received the RFP. If integrated, the receiver is the integration.

• Receiving Location - This is the location that owns the RFP.

View all displays all fields in a category of the RFP. This is enabled by default.

Click View changes only to only display the fields with changed information in a category.

Click Expand All to expand all categories of the RFP information.

Click Collapse All to collapse all categories of the RFP information.

The Current version column displays the date and time that the most recent RFP was received and displays the most current data.

The Compare to column displays the date and time of the version you are comparing to the current version. Open the drop-down menu to compare the current version with other previously received versions of the RFP. These are sorted from newest to oldest.

The RFP Comparison page displays each category of RFP information listed in collapsible rows. If changes exist in a category, the number of changes is provided.

Click the arrow to expand the row to view the details of the changes.

The fields with changes in the current version show highlighted in green under the Current version column and in red in the Compare to column.
