Statuses

As you navigate through the system, you might notice requests for proposal (RFPs) displaying in a variety of statuses. To ensure a seamless user experience, we have provided a list of these statuses along with an explanation of what each status means. If you need help understanding any of these statuses, refer to the list for quick and effective guidance.

RFP status

The RFP status is a valuable tool for efficient lead management. It is visible across the system but most prominently on the RFP list page and within the detailed RFP information. This status indicates the stage an RFP is at in its life cycle. Whether at the initial review, pending approval, or awaiting response, use this information to take timely and informed actions, streamline the workflow, and ensure that each RFP is appropriately addressed based on its specific stage in the process.
