Corporate create personnel

One of your duties as a corporate administrator is to create and manage corporate personnel, providing each person with the roles needed to perform their jobs. You might also be responsible for providing passwords and resetting them as necessary. If your corporation has opted for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you will need to assign options in MFA Settings under corporate configuration.

Personnel

  1. Enter the First Name on Details tab
  2. Enter Last Name.
  3. Enter Login. Follow corporate protocol.
  4. Enter the Password and Confirm Password. We recommend creating a generic temporary password for all new users who will be prompted to change their password upon initial log in.
  1. Select Language.

  2. Enter Email. If MFA is used at corporate level.

  3. Enter Country Code and Phone Number. If MFA is used at corporate level.

  1. Select next or Roles tab
  2. In the Available column, select the checkbox to the left of the role:
  1. Click Move a single option from the Available column to the Selected columnat the bottom of the page to move the roles to the Selected column.
  2. Click next to save your changes.
