Create corporate email domains

Whitelist email domains to ensure reports scheduled through Report Subscriptions are being sent to approved domains only. Email domains defined here are selectable when creating report subscriptions at a property within the corporation. Email domains are only available in HotSOS and HotSOS Select.

Click Create button to create.

Domain Group tab

  1. Enter the Domain Group Name. Make it meaningful to your corporation or property.

  2. Enter the email domain. This field requires at least three characters.

  3. Click Add (Add more) and continue to add email domains until all are added.

  4. Click Next (next).

Properties tab

  1. In the Available column, click the arrow (Move to Selection arrow) to the right of the property to move it to the Selected column.

  1. Click OK (OK - Save) to save.

Only users with Corporate System Administrator role can manage corporate email domains.

Once you select Configure, you can edit and delete email domains.

  1. Click click to edit pencil.

  2. Make changes.

  3. Click OK - Save save

  1. Click delete.

  2. Click Green checkmark indicating to save or confirm action to confirm.
