Create configuration locks
A user with Corporate System Administrator role can lock access to individual properties within their corporation restricting property administrators from adding, editing or deleting Issues, Business rules, PMS rules, Departments, and Trades. This is especially valuable to corporations wanting to ensure their data is consistent across all properties.
- Do one of the following to select the properties:
- In the Available column, click
to the right of a property to individually move to the Selected column.
- In the Available column, select
to the left of all properties to be included, then click
in the bar at the bottom of the screen to move them to the Selected column.

to activate each configuration option you want locked:

A yellow banner is displayed across the top of each locked configuration option in the selected properties.

The Issues option allows the user to set or remove the lock at the field level.
- Do one of the following to select the properties:

Select Issues tab

to enable the issues lock. All fields are selected so the properties cannot edit issues.

To make an issue option editable at the selected properties, clear
to the left of the field. This allows the property to edit only those unlocked fields.

If the check mark is inadvertently cleared, select
to re-enable the lock.
