Create configuration locks

A user with Corporate System Administrator role can lock access to individual properties within their corporation restricting property administrators from adding, editing or deleting Issues, Business rules, PMS rules, Departments, and Trades. This is especially valuable to corporations wanting to ensure their data is consistent across all properties.

  1. Do one of the following to select the properties:
    • In the Available column, click Move to Selection arrow to the right of a property to individually move to the Selected column.
    • In the Available column, select check box for selection to the left of all properties to be included, then click Arrow to move selected items to Available column in the bar at the bottom of the screen to move them to the Selected column.
  2. Click next

  3. Click Inactive Toggle to activate each configuration option you want locked:

    • Issues

    • Business Rules

    • PMS Rules

    • Departments

    • Trade

  1. Click OK - Save.

A yellow banner is displayed across the top of each locked configuration option in the selected properties.
