From Property Management System.

This displays all the orders reported by the guest during their current stay and any stays at the same property, or properties in the corporation within the past 6 months.

  • Click Pending Orders to display a list of all orders that remain open for this room.

  • Click All Orders to display a list of both open and closed orders.

  • Click Order History to review service orders from other hotels.

Click on an order to review order details or take further action.

Click Create button to create a new guest or service order.
