Stay over linen/ Refresh frequency
In the Default tab, set frequency clean using one of the two options to provide alternative room cleans while efficiently using resources.

Linen Change After ___ (nights) — Enter the number of nights to establish the cycle for changing guestroom linens in occupied stay over rooms. Rooms matching the number of nights are marked for linen change in HotSOS Housekeeping applications.

Refresh Clean After ___ (nights) — Enter the number of nights to establish the cycle for performing a refresh clean in occupied stay over rooms. This option accommodates properties where daily room cleans do not occur. Instead, room attendants perform a general refresh during a guest stay. Rooms matching the number of nights are marked for refresh clean in HotSOS Housekeeping applications
If neither option is appropriate, select None.
To set linen change or refresh clean

Click edit (
) on the Stay Over Linen/ Refresh Frequency card. -
Select the radio dial (
) to select an option. -
Enter the number of nights.

Click OK (
).
To set no Frequency clean

Click edit (
) on the Stay Over Linen/ Refresh Frequency card. -
Select radio dial (
) to None. -
Click OK (
).
