Productivity dashboard overview
Supervisors can use the Attendant Productivity dashboard to monitor room attendants' progress and track labor with a real-time view of housekeeping tasks, assigned housekeepers, and time needed to complete tasks for specific rooms.

Navigate to the Operations > Housekeeping menu to find the dashboard. Only rooms assigned in the AM Room Assignments and only attendants assigned to rooms display in the dashboard.
Only users with the roles of Housekeeping Room Assignment Manager, Housekeeping Room Coordinator, and Corp System Admin can view the dashboard.

Use the Attendant productivity dashboard card in the Housekeeping Settings to enable or disable the dashboard and set the default time between rooms to aid in the prediction of attendants' room arrival times.
The Attendant Productivity Dashboard is enabled by default.
To disable, go to Configuration > Housekeeping > System. In the Attendant Productivity Dashboard card, switch the toggle ( ) to disable.
When you disable the dashboard, refresh your browser or log out and log back in to see the changes.
To set the default time between rooms click the Edit () icon.

Summary cards at the top of the page give quick insights into room statuses.

Rooms are displayed by PMS room code and are arranged in priority order.
The size of each room pill on the dashboard is determined by the estimated and actual clean times.
Customize the dashboard grid:
Click the Edit () icon at the top right of the page to customize the start time of the grid, which is displayed in 30-minute increments starting at 4:00 AM by default.

The grid legend uses different colors to represent various room statuses.
• Gray - Awaiting Service
• Green - In Progress
• Black - Stopped
• Blue - Completed on Time (51% to 149% of the estimated minutes to clean)
• Orange - Completed Under Time (0% to 50% of the estimated minutes to clean)
• Dark Red - Completed Over Time (150%+ of the estimated minutes to clean)
• Guest Wants Service/ Make Up Room & Room Rush - Red room number

Click on a room to open the room assignment details. Close the details to return to the dashboard and refresh the grid.
In the assignment details, users have permissions to apply actions based on their current roles.
Additional information displays when the user hovers over the room or attendant in the grid.

The Attendant progress bar legend uses color coding to indicate the completion percentage of room cleaning:

0-24% complete = Bright red

25-74% complete = Yellow
-
75-100% complete = Bright green

Use the Filter Builder icon () to narrow the information that displays on the dashboard.
