AM overview

Use AM to establish the AM shift start time and assign points for cleaning guestrooms.

The shift start time, based on a 12-hour clock, indicates when the AM points apply. HotSOS housekeeping night audit begins at this time.

Set the AM shift start time so the night audit finishes before housekeeping starts the morning room assignments.

  1. Click click to edit pencil.

  2. Click the clock to the right.

  3. Scroll up or down to the hour. Click to select.

  4. Scroll up or down to the minutes. Click to select.

  5. AM or PM are automatically assigned.

  6. Click Green checkmark indicating to save or confirm action.

The total AM points determine the order in which the room attendant is to service the guestrooms.

Use the points most valuable to your AM housekeeping operation.

Once you make adjustments and save, the updates apply immediately across the housekeeping applications.

To open a card, click the open card settings or Launch clean task panel.

To edit within a card, click click to edit pencil.
