Create standards
To create a standard
- On Details tab, enter the Name of the standard. Make the name meaningful so any administrator knows what its purpose is.
- Click on Issues tab.
- In the Available column, select the issues to be included in this standard. Use the search to find issues you need.
- Click
at the bottom of the page to move the items to the Selected column.
- Click
to save.
Optional Tabs - In the Available column, select the staff to be included in the create only access for the standard.
- Click
at the bottom of the page to move the staff member to the Selected column.
In the Available column, select the staff member to be included in the view only access
Click
in the bar at the bottom of the page to move the staff to the Selected column.

Personnel (Create Order) limits staff to create only issues included in this standard. This is not always used, but can be very effective when staff need to be limited to what they can report.

Personnel (View Order) is used to restrict staff to only viewing issues defined in this standard. This is not always used, but can be very effective when staff need to be limited to what they can view.

In the Available column, click the checkbox to the left of the language. More than one language may be selected.
- In the bottom bar, click Move (
) to move languages to the Selected column.
- Enter translation for each language selected.
- Click OK (
).


Predefined Standards
Several predefined standards designed specifically for HotSOS Mobile have been created making it easier than ever for HotSOS Mobile users to create orders. Just add issues fitting the predefined standard's title. For example, in the standard *Lights, add lighting issues. When creating orders in HotSOS Mobile, the requester simply taps the icon and selects the issue from the list.
