Message center

The Message center lets you easily communicate with both HotSOS Select and HotSOS Mobile team members. Messages, activity notifications, and reports you've run are accessible in the Message center.

Messages

Messages can be sent to individual users or entire teams. All messages include a date and time stamp and unread messages display the senders name in bold. Messages you receive and send are grouped together by conversation. Click the message to see the full conversation before responding.

  1. Click Messages .
  2. Click the message to view message details.

  2. To send to a user select user and type the user name. To send to a team click Team icon and type the team name.
  3. Enter the message.
  4. Click Green checkmark indicating to save or confirm action to send the message.

  3. Enter the message response.
  4. Click send message to send the message.
  1. Select the message to be deleted.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom.

Activity

The Activity section displays activity notifications sent to you, as well as any voided orders originally directed or assigned to you.

  1. Click Activity in Action Center.
  2. Click the activity to view the activity details.
  1. Select the activity to be deleted.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom.

Reports

After you run a report it will display in the Message center. You will receive a notification report notification. Once downloaded, reports can be printed or shared.

  1. Click report menu icon.
  2. Click the report to download, and then open.
  1. Select the report to be deleted.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom.

Messages, activities and reports will automatically delete after 24 hours.
