Configure MFA

To apply an extra level of security, the Corporate System Administrator, Configuration Manager, Unit Department Manager, or Administrator (HotSOS Select) can configure MFA by role.

To configure MFA

1. In the Application field, click the drop-down list arrow.

2. Select HotSOS, HotSOS Select, or HotSOS Mobile.

3. Click .

4. Click to move a role from the Available column to the Selected column.

5. Select if you want to Allow HotSOS Mobile users can log in without MFA. HotSOS users can Enable/Disable MFA in their profile. or Require MFA is required for any user with this role. MFA for that role.

6. Click .

Report Subscription Manager role is set to Required and cannot be altered.
