From this page view, edit, deactivate, or delete a user's details. You can also copy an existing user to create a new one.
Select a personnel record

Click to open a user record.

Click History tab.

View dates modified, by whom, fields changed, before and after records.

If the user is no longer employed at your property you should delete them. Before trying to delete a user, check to make sure the user is removed from reference in any business rules and teams.

A user who makes more than 6 unsuccessful attempts to login will be locked out for 30 min. Users with Unit Department Manager, Unit Personnel Manager, or Administrator (HotSOS Select) role can unlock a user.
The counter is reset to zero should the user enter less than 6 invalid attempts and pause for 30 minutes. For example, if Phil tries 4 times to enter the correct login information and then goes to get a cup of coffee returning 30 minutes later. The system resets the count to zero..

When editing existing users, you can temporarily prevent them from accessing the system. Consider seasonal staff, for example.
