Administrators with the role of Unit Department Manager, manage all user-related details. Administrators can scan the list to see who is On or Off duty, Suspended, or Temporarily Locked Out. The Last Login displays the date and time the user last logged in.

Properties using multi-functional authentication (MFA) will require additional information, such as email or phone number.

You are required to select a department and trade for each person, so make sure those values are all in place.

To view additional details about a user, click anywhere in the row.

Click Create button to create a new user, virtual user or user from pre-defined template.
