Additional actions creating guest orders
Individual order

Add a Remark.
Use these additional actions as needed. Make selection from the bar at the bottom of the order:
- Assign to a user or team.
- Cost Recovery to compensate guest for issue or complaint.
- Defer to a future date and/or time.
- Add Parts.
- Set Recurring.
- Schedule Follow Up. This is in addition to Set Follow Up business rules.
- Add Attachments.
- Click Resolved toggle on guest orders.
Multiple orders
When creating multiple orders for same location, you have the option to select actions with each order individually, select more than one order, or click Select All. Choose actions from the bar at the bottom of the page:
- Assignto a user or team.
- Cost Recovery to compensate guest for issue or complaint.
- Add Parts.
- Bulk Remarks.
- Defer to a future date or time.
- Set Recurring.
- Mark as Resolved
- Schedule Follow Up. This is in addition to Set Follow Up business rules.
- Add Attachments. Use in addition to any individual order attachments.
