Settings overview
Administrators define in Settings the function and access for users at the property. The options are Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Email domains, and coming soon, Single Sign-On (SSO).

Not currently enabled.

To create or modify the MFA settings for property use, click Configure.
A Corporate System Administrator, Configuration Manager, Unit Department Manager, or Administrator (HotSOS Select) can configure MFA.

To create or modify Report Subscription email domains, click Configure.
The Report Subscription Manager role is required to manage email domains.


Unit Department Manager role is required to manage this option.
Disable and enable the Simplified Guest Orders feature. When disabled, the Simplified Guest Order option is unavailable in the Service Orders and Guest Relations modules.

After you enable or disable the Simplified Guest Orders, log out and log back in to see the update applied.

Once activated HotSOS respondents must add a remark to stop an order. They can choose from predefined memos or write freeform.
