Frequency report
The Frequency report helps you determine how often certain issues occur at your property so you can identify trends and address them quickly. We recommend running it daily or weekly to ensure that nothing goes unnoticed.
A key parameter in this report is the Frequency of field. Most of the time, you will leave this field set to Issues so you can see which problems or requests occurred the most often. But a few other settings that can also help you identify trends include Assigned Person, Dept Responsible, and Room/ Equipment.
Use the report's other parameters to filter the data that is displayed. For example, you might use the Issue Type and Dept. Responsible fields to see how many service orders were assigned to the Engineering department during the reporting period.
You'll always see the number of orders associated with each issue. But if you also want to see these numbers displayed as an average, toggle on the Display Average field.
This report includes a bar graph and an issue list for the specified dates.
