What a difference those finishing touches make! Thank you, Housekeeping, for leaving our guests with a lasting impression that will make them want to return again and again. You'll be using HotSOS to create service orders and communicate with team members.
Use the following information to learn how to start using HotSOS today.

Log in
Your manager will provide you with a PIN number to log in. That’s all you need.

Create service orders
When you see an issue, instead of taking a note or calling your supervisor, use HotSOS to create a service order. By creating a service order you can be confident that the issue will be assigned to the correct resource and resolved as soon as possible.

Messages
Learn how to use messages to communicate with other team members who are currently logged into HotSOS and on duty.
