Productivity report
The Productivity report helps you determine if your team is completing service orders in a timely manner and if labor is being tracked properly. We recommend running this report on a weekly and monthly basis to stay ahead of any issues that may arise.
Good to know:
- HotSOS automatically calculates labor time based on how long it takes the service order to move from Start to Complete (or Start to Stop and then Start to Complete if work is paused).
- Team members who marked a service order Complete without first changing its status to Start are not included in the report.
If you run this report without changing any of its parameters, you'll be able to measure the productivity of all users who were assigned service orders during the reporting period. You'll see the number of service orders each person completed, their average response time, and their total labor. You can always use the other parameters—such as Person, Dept. Responsible, and Trade—to report on a particular user or group. And if you're someone who really likes the details, try toggling on Show Person's Labor Details, Show Response Time, and Show Estimated Time.
