These release notes describe new features and fixed issues in the 2023 releases of HotSOS Mobile.

Google Translate is now available in HotSOS Mobile Training & Help Home. Click . The Google Translate widget displays at the top of the page. Select the preferred language from the drop-down list. The help content displays in the selected language. To return to the default language, English, click Show Original.

New Features

Log-in prompts additional verification

HK - APAC (Hong Kong - Asian Pacific) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) environments only.

HotSOS, HotSOS Select, and HotSOS Mobile now prompt you to add an email and phone number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when you log in. Though not required, we urge you to further secure your property's data by implementing both forms of verification.

New Features

Deny list implemented. We continue to enhance HotSOS Mobile security by helping you build strong passwords. Each time you create a new password in HotSOS Mobile, it is evaluated by the deny list. No matches ensure a strong password. If the password you create matches one in the deny list, a message lets you know the password is too common. Try another password. Select Change password for more information.

New Features

QR code now available.HotSOS Mobile users can now create, start, stop, and complete orders by reading QR codes. HotSOS Mobile has a built-in scanner that reads either barcodes or QR codes. Barcode Restricted Respondent role required. Select Respond to service orders for more information.

You must have the latest version of iOS/Android.
