Service Order Detail report
The robust Service Orders Detail report provides insight into how well issues are being resolved at your property—for example:
- Who started each task? Who completed it? How long did it take?
- Which locations required service orders?
- Are there service orders that have not been started yet? Have some been started but not completed?
- Have any service orders been stopped?
This report can be as broad or specific as you want it to be. For example, the General Manager may run it without changing any of its parameters to get a comprehensive view of all service orders that were dispatched during a specific time frame. On the other hand, the Chief Engineer and Director of Housekeeping may only want to see the work associated with their departments, so they'd change the Trade or Dept. Responsible parameter accordingly.
