Create delivery orders
You can create delivery orders, for both guests and staff using the same flow used when creating a service order. Delivery orders are unique as all you need to do is select the amenities and the system automatically generates orders for each department responsible for making the deliveries. For example, if a guest requests beach towels, bathrobes, and tea service, two delivery orders are created—one for housekeeping and another for food and beverage.

- Tap
and select New Service Order.
- Complete the following fields:
Location - (Required). Enter room number or keyword and select from the list.
Issue/Amenity - (Required). Enter part of the amenity name then select from the list.
- Once you select an amenity, the list of all amenities is displayed. Use Search and Filters to find the amenity entered. Use the minus (-) or plus (+) to adjust the quantity.
If the guest requested multiple amenities, continue to search and select amenities and adjust quantities until you have completed all the requests.
- Tap
. You can still adjust the quantity using the minus (-) or plus (+) next to each amenity in the list
- Add a remark if needed.
- If a staff request, tap the
to create the delivery order. If guest-related, tap the slide and enter the guest name.
- Tap +.
- Tap in-house guest slide, if a guest requested amenity.
- In Location (Required), re-enter a room number or keyword, select from the list and tap
to save.
- Review the information and tap
to create the delivery order.
