What a difference those finishing touches make! Thank you, Housekeeping, for leaving our guests with a lasting impression that will make them want to return again and again. You'll be using HotSOS to create service orders and communicate with team members.
Use the following information to learn how to start using HotSOS today.
- Log in
Your manager will provide you with a PIN number to log in. That’s all you need.
- Create service orders
When you see an issue, instead of taking a note or calling your supervisor, use HotSOS to create a service order. By creating a service order you can be confident that the issue will be assigned to the correct resource and resolved as soon as possible.

- As you’re walking down the corridor, Mrs. Jakarta, the guest in room 301, tells you her bedside light is out. What should you do?
- Call your supervisor.
- Call the front desk and ask them to dispatch engineering to room 301.
- In HotSOS, create a service order.
- In HotSOS, create an incident report and click Dispatch Now.
- You just entered room 207 and the guests have left the room in shambles. You need to alert you supervisor so they can assess the damage before you start cleaning. What should you do?
- Call your supervisor.
- In HotSOS, send a message. This will ensure that the supervisor currently logged in and on duty will be notified.
- Lock the room and go find a supervisor.
- In HotSOS click the Page Supervisor button.
