Add the Default Function Room Group field to the Property page layouts

The following steps provide instructions on how to add the Default Function Room Group field to the Property page layouts. This feature requires R15 or later. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

To add the Default Function Room Group field

  1. Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Property.
  2. Navigate to the Page Layouts section and click Edit next to Property Layout.
  3. In the Property Layout toolbar, click Fields.
  4. Drag Default Function Room Group to the Booking & Event Configuration section of the layout, directly below the Unassigned Function Room field.
  5. Click Save at the top of the Property Layout page.
  6. Repeat this entire procedure for the Event Only Property page layout (if applicable).
