Support for batch printed banquet checks

The following steps provide instructions on how to add the Banquet Check Batch Printed checkbox to the Booking Document and Booking Event layouts. This feature requires R18 or later. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

To enable support for batch printed banquet checks

  1. Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Booking Document.
  2. Navigate to the Page Layouts section and click Edit next to Booking Document Layout.
  3. In the Booking Document toolbar, click Fields.
  4. Drag Banquet Check Batch Printed to the Information section under BEO Revised Date.
  5. Click Save at the top of the Booking Document page.

  1. Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Booking Event.
  2. Navigate to the Page Layouts section and click Edit next to Booking Event Layout.
  3. In the Booking Event toolbar, click Fields.
  4. Drag Banquet Check Batch Printed to the Information section under BEO Revised Date.
  5. Click Save at the top of the Booking Event page.
