Add the Abbreviation field to the Booking page layout

You can now enter an abbreviation for a booking which will be displayed in place of the Post As field in the GRC report.

The following steps provide instructions on how to add the Abbreviation field to the Booking page layout. This feature requires R21 or later. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

To add the Abbreviation field to the Booking page layout

1. Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Booking.
2. Go to the Page Layouts section and click Edit next to Booking Layout.
3. In the Booking Layout toolbar, click Fields.
4. Drag Abbreviation onto the layout under the Booking Post As field.

   

5. Click Save at the top of the Booking Layout page.
6. Repeat this entire procedure for the Event Only Booking Layout.
