Enable users to go directly to eProposal
If your property is integrated with both Cendyn eProposal and MeetingBroker, a corporate administrator can enable an org-wide feature that allows you to choose whether or not to go directly to eProposal when you click the Send Proposal button on the Booking page. These are your options when the feature is enabled:
- Send an eProposal - Select this option if the RFP is from a channel that does not have its own proposal page. This functionality has been updated to ensure that information is mapped correctly from the booking to the eProposal.
- Respond to MeetingBroker - Select this option if the RFP is from Cvent or another channel that has its own proposal page.
After this feature is enabled, a MeetingBroker location administrator also needs to perform a few steps to bypass the proposal choice so users aren't asked twice if they want to send an eProposal.
This org-wide feature requires R28 or later. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.
For assistance with any feature configuration, contact your Amadeus sales representative to learn more about our Professional Services offerings.
