Enable the Change Owner task notification feature
This feature is available with version R55 or higher. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.
When a booking transfers to a new owner, you now have the option to have a task created in Delphi for the new owner. The task informs them that they now have ownership of the booking. To take advantage of this feature, a new Change Owner button is required to be used for booking ownership changes. Follow the instructions below based on your Salesforce user experience.
