Amadeus Learning Universe
Amadeus product training can be found in our learning management system, Amadeus Learning Universe (ALU). Use the ALU to access our training offerings and track your learning activity.
You can earn a certificate when you complete courses or pass assessments. Certificates are emailed automatically, and can be accessed anytime from the ALU under My History or My Dashboard.
To request a certificate earned before November 2023, contact Amadeus Support.
