Add terms and conditions to bookings
The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.
Your administrator can configure terms and conditions to be automatically added to the bookings you create. You can also select additional clauses to apply to an individual booking. A booking's terms and conditions show in the Booking Terms and Conditions section. When you merge the booking contract, the clauses that show in that section are included in the contract details.
To add terms and conditions to a booking
- Open the booking, navigate to the Booking Terms and Conditions section, and click New. The New Booking Terms and Conditions page opens.
- In the Terms and Conditions list, select the clause to add.
- The Name of the clause defaults from Setup but can be modified.
- Click Save.
- If your administrator has configured the terms and conditions to be editable, you can modify them for the individual booking. Update the text as needed, and click Save.
