Event Classifications
Delphi Direct uses packages to simplify the booking process. For example, a full-day meeting package can also include lunch and breaks. You need to update your property's event classifications to ensure they are compatible with your Delphi Direct packages.
To update Event Classifications
- Navigate to Properties, select the appropriate view, and click the property name.
- Navigate to the Event Classifications section.
- Select an event classification.
- Click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes:
Default start and end times are required for all event classifications associated with Delphi Direct packages. These times display on the website and are necessary for availability checks.
In the Event Classification Items section, include the food, beverage, and equipment items that come with the package price. Ensure that each item is added to the appropriate event classification. For example, place audio visual items under the meeting classification and bagels under the break classification. By doing so, meeting planners can see all included items.
- Click Save.
Detailed menus cannot be offered with Delphi Direct.
