Property Details

Most Delphi Direct property information, such as name, description, and imagery, is stored in Web Solutions. However, certain setup tasks still require attention in Delphi. See below for a list of critical Delphi fields.

To update Delphi fields

  1. Navigate to Properties, select the appropriate view, and click the property name.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the below fields:
    • Default Lead Coordinator - This field displays the user who is notified and assigned as the booking owner for all online bookings. This user reviews and reassigns bookings to the new owner based on your property's business practices. If your property already uses MeetingBroker, the name of your current Default Lead Coordinator displays in this field. If you change the user on this page, the Default Lead Coordinator in the MeetingBroker application also needs to be changed to the same user.

    • Online Booking Default Account - An account needs to be entered in this field, as all online bookings are created under this account. A generic account, specifically created for bookings made through an online channel, is recommended.

    • Enable DirectBook Notification - Select this checkbox to have an email sent to the Default Lead Coordinator when a new booking is created from Delphi Direct.

  4. Click Save.
