View function room capacity details
You can use the Function Room Capacity page to view the capacity details entered for the selected function room setup. These details include the setup and teardown times and the different capacity recommendations. You can also use this page to do the following:
To open this page, click a capacity record in the Function Room Capacities section of the Function Room page. The following information displays.

| Min Capacity | This is the minimum capacity when you do not want users to block this room for groups under a certain size. |
| Max Capacity |
This is the maximum capacity that this room can hold in this setup style. If a user tries to block the room with more attendees, they are notified with a conflict warning. However, they can still save the event. Then, each time the booking is opened, it displays a notification that one of the events has a capacity conflict. |
| Setup and Teardown Times | This is the default amount of minutes it takes to set up and tear down this room for each setup type. This blocks some extra time before and after an event to reset the room for the next event. If needed, users can adjust these times as they detail the booking. |
