Set your default property

Your default property controls which property opens by default when you create a new inquiry, booking, or volume contract. Your default property also controls which property opens automatically on the Availability page. With version R46 or higher, the default property is automatically assigned to you. However, you can still change this at any time.

To set your default property

  1. Navigate to Amadeus User Settings.
  2. Select your default property and click Save.

Some organizations automatically share all accounts and contacts with all properties, while others require additional steps to share them. If your property does not automatically share accounts, your corporate administrator can enable the Automatically Assign Default Property on Account option for your org. This gives the users at your default property access to the accounts you create.
