Edit setup values
When you modify a setup value, all existing records with that value are not affected. Your changes display the next time the value is selected on new records.
Corporate setup values cannot be modified at the property level.
To edit a setup value
- Navigate to Setup Values, select the appropriate view, and then click Edit next to the value.
- Modify the fields on this page as appropriate.
Depending on your experience, either an asterisk or a red bar indicates a mandatory field. These fields need to be complete before you can save the record.

Select this option to make the setup value display in its associated list.

Sort Order
Enter the sort order for the setup value to display.
