Daily Events report

This report shows you at-a-glance each event that is in house on a particular date. It includes similar information to the Function Diary, but in a list format.

How can I tweak the report data?

The Report Options you select determine what is displayed in the report data. Here are a few tips to help you get started.

Report Options Tips
Start Date

End Date

Enter a date range to search for events that are in-house during that time. The default is the current week.

Event date refers to the events on a specific date, regardless of the booking’s arrival and departure dates. For example, if a booking is in house 10/26 – 10/29, and the Start Date and End Date are 10/28 – 11/2, only the events on the 28th and 29th will be included in the report.

Property If you have access to multiple properties, you'll see them all here, but you can run the report for only one property at a time.
Booking Status, Booking Types, Function Rooms, Booking Owners These options default to having all selected, but you can adjust those settings if you just want to pull definite bookings, etc.
Display You can display either the Booking Post As or the Booking Contact.
Group By Typically run by event start date, the report can also be grouped by Booking, Event Classification, or Function Room.
Sort By Select either Event Start Time or Booking Arrival Date.
Include Page Break Between Days If you want a separate page for each day, select Yes.

What does it all mean?

This report is typically circulated to operations each week so the staff knows what's happening and can assist customers with questions. You can also use it as a cover page for your weekly BEO and resume packet.
