Add the Master Billing field to the Lightning Booking page

This feature is available with version R57 or higher. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

As of R57, the Master Billing field is automatically added to the Salesforce Lightning default Booking record page. If you have previously customized the Lightning Booking record page, follow the steps below to add the field to the custom page layout.

To add the Master Billing field to the Booking page

  1. Click Setup (Icon of a settings cog), then select Setup.

  2. In Quick Find, enter 'App Builder.'

  3. Under User Interface, click Lightning App Builder.

  4. Find the most recent LightningBookingRecordPage layout and click Edit. The Booking Record page displays.

    If the option to edit is not available, this indicates that the Lightning Booking page layout has not been customized. The Master Billing field is already available on the page layout.

  5. Click the Billing & Deposits tab on the layout.

  6. On the left side of the page, select Fields and type 'Master' into the search bar.

  7. From the options below, select the Master Billing picklist and drag it to the Billing Information section of the layout between F&B Minimum and Billing Comments.

  8. Click Save.
  9. To activate, click Activation... or Activate at the top right.
    1. On the Activation page, select the App Default tab.

    2. Click Assign to Apps or Assign as App Default.

    3. Select Amadeus Delphi, Amadeus Delphi – Events Only, and Amadeus Support.

    4. Click Next to accept any other messages and prompts.

    5. Click Save.

    6. To go back to Delphi, click the browser’s back button.

      If the new Lightning record page is not visible, clear the browser cache.
