Daily Events report

The Daily Events report provides a summary of events during a specified period. You can use this report as a cover page for your weekly BEO and resume packet or circulate it to your operations team for informational purposes. The report is grouped by the day of the week and outlines events and contact information.
To run the report
- Navigate to Amadeus Reports.
- Under Event and BEO Reports, click Daily Events.

Complete the report criteria.
Search details
Start Date and End Date Any events that are in-house during this date range are included. Event date refers to the actual dates that revenue is generated, regardless of the booking's arrival and departure dates. For example, if a booking is in house March 30 – April 2, and the event start date range is March 1–31, only the events from March 30-31 are included.
Property Select the property to include. Only properties you have access to are shown, and you can only select one property at a time. Booking Status Select the booking statuses to include. Booking Types Select the booking types to include. Booking Owners Select the users to include. Function Rooms Select the function rooms to include. Display Select to display either the Booking Post As or the Booking Contact. Group By By default, Event Start Date is selected. Select whether to group the data by Booking, Event Classification, or Function Room. Sort By By default, Event Start Time is selected. Select to sort the data by Booking Arrival Date. Include Page Break Between Days Select Yes to display a separate page for each day. The data in the report can be delayed by up to 15 minutes. If the data does not match what you expect to see, run the report again.

Review the report data. The following displays for each day with events during the selected date range:
Search result details Event Time This displays the time of the event. Event Name This displays the name of the event. Room This displays the event's assigned function room. Setup This displays the event's assigned setup style. Exp This displays the number of attendees expected to attend the event. GTD
This displays the number of attendees guaranteed to attend the event.
Status
This displays the status of the event.
Post As
This displays the Post As value of the associated booking.
Booking Owner
This displays the owner of the associated booking.

- To export the report data, click Export (
) and select a format.
- To scroll through a multipage report, use First Page (
), Previous Page (
), Next Page (
), and Last Page (
).
- To change the report zoom, use the Zoom drop-down list.
- To print the report as a PDF, click Print (
).
- To use the search field, enter the first few characters of the word you want to find and press Enter or click Find. Click Find Next to view the next instance that matches your search criteria.
