Edit or replace a custom configuration
Custom configurations are groupings of common resources. You can use the drawing canvas to edit or replace a custom configuration.
Users cannot edit, delete, or replace custom configurations created by others.
What do you want to do?
Edit a custom configuration

Click Custom Configurations in the left resource panel to display available custom configurations.

Click Settings (
) to the right of the custom configuration to edit. -
The following options are available to edit:
- Configuration Name
- Share with other Users

Click Save Changes.
Replace a custom configuration
- Click Custom Configurations in the left resource panel to display available custom configurations.
- Select a new group of resources. You can either box select with your mouse pointer, or hold CTRL and select each resource.
- Click Replace under Custom Configurations.
- Select the name of the custom configuration to replace.
- Click Save Changes and confirm your changes.
When you replace a custom configuration, existing diagrams with that configuration are not updated.
