Custom Configurations
Custom Configurations are groupings of frequently used resources. You can create and share them with others to save time and improve branding. For example, you may have an audio-visual grouping that you use repeatedly. Create it once, save it, and share it with the team. Not only will this save you time, but it ensures accurate and consistent designs from one room plan to the next.
Available in Property Edition and located in the Design Mode resource panel.
To use Custom Configurations
In Design Mode, use Custom Configurations to do the following:

Create New |
Select a group of resources to save as a favorite, click Create New under Custom Configuration in the left Resource panel.
Other users can not edit, delete, or replace your shared custom configurations. |
Replace |
Select a new group of resources, click Replace under Custom Configuration in the left Resource panel. The Save Custom Configuration dialog displays.
Replacing a custom configuration does not update previously used versions. Replacing only affects new uses of that configuration. |
Edit |
Click Settings to the right of the custom configuration, and then click Edit. The Edit Custom Configuration dialog displays and the following properties are available:
Click Save Changes. You must have Manage Resources permission to edit custom configurations created by others. |
Delete |
Click Settings to the right of the custom configuration, and then click Delete to remove the configuration. You must have Manage Resources permission to delete custom configurations created by others. |
To use a custom configuration |
Click the name of the custom configuration to place it in the center of your canvas. Resource descriptions display in the resource panel and inventory report for custom configurations placed on the Room Plan canvas. |
