Delphi Diagramming R2 release notes

Delphi Diagramming combines online software and services so properties can meet the demands of today’s event planners. With Delphi Diagramming, meeting spaces are presented in engaging and interactive ways, showcasing properties in the best light. This provides event planners with the information they need to make informed decisions and develop a short list of candidates for their events. Convenient navigation capabilities and a Start page make it easy for event planners to obtain information quickly. With integration to Google Maps and Google controls as well as attractions and points of interest views, event planners can see a property in relation to nearby attractions. And because Delphi Diagramming's app now supports HTML5, users can take advantage of its features from any device, including tablets.

Additional information

The following are known issues in this release of the product:

CR0091304: Media fails to upload using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9. We no longer support use of IE 9 within the Media Editor; however, it may be used with other pages. Either upgrade to a newer version of IE (if possible) or use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

CR0091416: Virtual tours do not play using the Google Chrome browser. This has two possible causes which are:

  1. For Android users, WebGL is not enabled on your mobile device. Please contact your administrator to learn how to enable WebGL.
  2. Some PC video cards are no longer supported by Google Chrome, which could cause the same results.

CR0091350: Spherical virtual tours do not load on mobile devices in .JPG or .PNG format. The reason behind this is because the size of the virtual tour exceeds the memory capability of the tablet. To ensure your tablet and mobile device users have a good viewing experience, our recommendation is to upload spherical virtual tours that are no more than 5 MB and 2,000-4,000 pixels wide.

CR0091340: The larger the spherical virtual tour, the longer it will take to upload and display in the Delphi Diagramming app. This is more pronounced on tablets and mobile devices. See CR0091350 (above) for recommendations.
